Bastai Enzo s.r.l. is a technologically advanced metal engineering company, specialized in drilling, milling and turning. It was founded with great foresight by Enzo Bastai in 1971.

In 2015, the company started a conversion process to Industry 4.0, rolling out an interconnected internal production system able to track and monitor each production stage.

The high technology of our machinery, the experience of our specialised personnel, and the careful selection of our strategic partners and suppliers allow us to manufacture a wide range of products, from the most simple to the most complex, for the automotive, agricultural, earth-moving, and oil and gas industries. The company holds UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2002.

1971

The Bastai Enzo s.r.l. company is created, starting its contract drilling, milling and turning operations immediately.

1979

The company moves to its current location in Eupilio, near Como. Currently, its facilities extend over an area of 8,000 square metres, of which 3,600 square metres are built-up.

2002

The company is awarded UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification.

2012

The new Management Software is rolled out, to supervise and monitor production processes and business data.

2014

Bastai Enzo s.r.l. becomes a Smart Factory: New interconnected 4-5-axis Machining Centres and 4-5-axis lathes are put on stream.

2016

The company introduces the Lean Manufacturing and becomes one of the state-of-the-art industry 4.0 in our territory.

2018

Introduction of machining done-in-one (integrex) with high technology and new measure instruments highly precise.
